1 x "8 min loop" on Gossan Hill at PB pace in the rain. Felt like I was really strong at the end (didn't feel so great at the start) and did 7:50. Not great but ok. Then 2 x 3' (2' float) and 2 x 30" (30" standing recovery). Was able to push to the end which was good.
