Running long 2:10:00 [3]

Long run home from Kingston via Black Mtn after Jase's half marathon. Legs were pretty sore from yesterday actually, and my bunion was hurting quite a lot. Top of my foot wasn't sore exactly, but I'm wondering if it has something to do with my bunion and running without orthotics. Anyway, it was pretty tiring!

Parkrun. Felt pretty good and ran a nice steady pace. It was cold but sunny so was really nice.

Hills - 5 x the hill behind the houses on Aranda from bottom all the way to top (includes flat bit in the middle) with al. Every single hill took me 2:54! Was a great session. Could feel my foot, but not actually hurting.

Had to go for a run after girls in bed in the dark - it wasn't too bad and nice to get out but I run pretty slowly in the dark and can't say I love it!

Running 30:00 [2]

In Melbourne for work, headed out for a short recovery run after work. It was dark and rainy and windy and freezing! I ran along the beachfront at port Melbourne which was very pretty with the lights and the spirit of Tasmania ship all lit up, but it was so cold! Didn't feel too bad in the legs after yesterday but I was glad it was flat.
