Cycling 1:25:00 [3]

Mountain bike ride around fire trails on black mtn then some single track on bruce ridge. Felt tired and unmotivated but it was a bit more fun once I hit the singletrack. Rode pretty slow and legs were weary.

Long run with Greg - From my house we ran through bruce ridge, lyneham and dickson to hackett, then up Majura, Ainslie and round the edge of civic to Csiro, then up Black mtn and home. Felt ok - tired by the end of course but managed to surge the last 10 mins. Felt good up the hills but my knee hurt a fair bit on the flat part between ainslie and black mtn, and I had to stop and stretch for a bit so I could keep running. It was weird, just sort of felt like my leg stopped working for a bit. Was fine again though once I started running up the mountain. It was pretty hot and humid too, I drank so much water today. Fun, I enjoyed it.

Intervals on the ovals with Al - 5 x 1' (1' jog), 10 x 30" (30"), 5 x 1' (1') jog. Thought my legs would feel really weary but actually I felt pretty good! Outside of knee was pretty sore by the end though and running home wasn't great, I sort of felt like was dragging my right leg. Apart from that I enjoyed my run this morning.

Long run early this morn on bike paths - through bruce ridge, through O'connor to clunies ross st, then home around the bike path next to the lake and back past the snowgums. Ran at a good steady pace, was really happy with the effort. Knee sore - booked in to see Cathy.

Very slow and easy jog at lunch up to saddle at little black mtn and back. Nice to get out for a run. Legs pretty weary and knee a bit sore, but was glad I'd gone.
