Went for 30 min walk. Knee felt pretty good, just started to feel a twinge after 20 mins (minor, but I'm analysing everything to the nth degree!) so headed home. Pretty good though really.
Did a bit of riding today - from work to Parkes for a meeting and back, then home (kind of fast, I was running late). Knee ok, not as good as yesterday but I am thinking my commuter could be set up better.

Rode to pool and swam 20 laps. Actually enjoyed my swim and knee felt fine!
Swam 16 laps.
Can't say knee is feeling great, definitely the itb soreness is gone but can feel the old kneecap more than I would like. Early days, hopefully things will settle down more.
