Managed to run ok. Left knee is sore but all my stretching and rolling does seem to help. All feeling a bit niggly today.

Note

My left leg and knee is hurting more than the right! It hurts to walk and is absolute agony to use the roller... argh! Talked to Cathy, she thinks glute-related and sounds like a nerve prob. Have been doing lots of glute exercises lately.

Went for a mountain bike ride. Had been planning to ride for a couple of hours over to Stromlo but I made a few wrong turns going through green hills so it took me ages to get to Wright. My knee was not feeling at all good and hurting going up hills so I just turned back and went home. :(

Ran 17 mins around the ANU ovals at lunch. Knee was feeling not so good.... not bad, just not as good as it has been.
