shoes: Asics DS trainers - March 2013
Did intervals on the ovals this morning - 2 x {3' (1'), 2' (1), 1'(1')}. Made sure I did longer warm-up than usual, and after stretching and foam-rollering etc for extra long last night I seemed to manage the session ok! Could feel knee and few tight spots but not sore and a definite improvement from Tuesday, and best ints session so far. I actually really enjoyed it and felt like I could push hard for the first time! Still feels like couldn't manage much more, but at least it held up ok.
