Intervals along flat bike path/footpath in noosaville along the river. Such a lovely morning! Did a pyramid session - 1', 2', 3', 4', 3', 2', 1' (1' jog) then 8 x 30" (30" walk). Felt pretty good and really enjoyed it. Was stuffed by the end!
