Running race 1:10:31 [3] 12.0 km (5:53 / km)
shoes: Asics DS trainers - March 2013

Mt Majura vineyard one peak. Was such a beautiful morning and I loved being in a race, but was a bit disappointed couldn't really go quite as hard as I wanted to. Legs felt good (actually I was very happy, knee was great even down the steep downills!) but lungs v. annoying. Had to stop to cough and my ribs were so sore I couldn't quite move my arms properly. Ugh. I am SO sick of this cough! Despite cough I really enjoyed it though and was happy that I could push right to the end and felt strong.

Running intervals 1:05:00 [4]
shoes: Asics DS trainers - March 2013

Was supposed to do hills today but couldn't quite face it, so did 6 x 3' (1' jog) then 3 x 1' (1'). Felt ok at start but lungs and cough got progressively worse and I really struggled. Not a fun session today! Also took a bit of a hilly route so it was tough.

Running 35:00 [2]
shoes: Asics 1170s - Black

Decided that doing no running wasn't making any improvement to my cough so went for an easy run this morning. Absolutely beautiful morning, felt ok, bit of coughing but seemed to be ok. Ran around Aranda through the bushland.
