Ran up Mt Tenant (almost!). Ran from Namadgi visitors centre up the walking track, then turned right and went to Bushfolds Flat, then left onto the fire trail up towards summit, then turned left at walking trail and back down. Really fun, lovely bush, knee felt pretty fine so all good!

Very slow jog around Aranda. Felt lethargic but nice to get out, and practiced walking up hill for 6ft training. Went to steep pinch up Aranda and walked up, jogged back down. I timed one where I walked and compared to a jog, and they were about the same (although I probably wasn't trying too hard on the jog). Good to know though!

Intervals with Al around Aranda/Black mtn. 3 x 3' (1' float), 3 x 2' (1' jog), 3 x 1' (1' walk), 3 x 30" (1' walk). Tough session! Felt ok (although not super sprightly!), knee seemed ok and enjoyed my run.

Ran home from work over Black mtn, and did the dreaded Black Mtn session. CSRIO to gate (5.27), gate to saddle (4.28) and saddle to top (6.02). Faster than in Nov last year which was nice to know :). Really tough, had been dreading it most of the day but pushed really hard and concentrated on good technique (when I remembered!) and felt pretty good. Last one to top was awful though. Knee ok - could feel it in warm-up but then it seemed ok. (Iced and stretched when I got home).
