Great interval session at Gossan Hill. Did 2 x "gossan hill loop" and tried to run a solid pace on the first one and pb the 2nd. DId 7.57 and 7.41 (dang! 1 sec off pb ;) ). Felt pretty good but stuffed by the end! Then 4 x 30" (30" walk). Yay for a taper week next week!
Ran home from work and did intervals on the way home. Ran through black mtn reserve. It was pretty hot, so i felt pretty shattered afterwards! 4 x 1km (1' jog) then 5 x 200m (100m jog). I have to say each one felt quite long! Knee was good though, felt fine and no funny 'zzzz' feeling afterwards.
