Orienteering 54:00 [3]

Orienteering at Picaree Hill. Really fun! Decided to practice some basic skills today after my not-so-good navigation at Rowdy flat, and found that it did actually help! Enjoyed the course.

Bit of a busy day but managed to get out for a quick run from Mum and Dad's place in the evening. Really fun to run on the old stomping ground (up to the gate and back of course). Felt quite good after I had warmed up so ran a bit harder (still pretty slow! just at tempo pace). Really fun!

Ran home from work through black mtn. Had intended to run via summit but on the way up my calf started cramping and hurt so much I had to stop and just head for home. Really sore afterwards.
