Did a couple of circuits of the mangrove bike path/ streets loop which wasn't super exciting (mangrove forest bits were nice though but was a bit nervy about new sign saying there'd been a croc sighting). Felt pretty leg weary when I started out but ok once I got going. 1 x 10' (4:40 min/km pace), 2 min jog then 5 x 1' (1' jog recovery). Ran really hard on those and was happy with pace (3:56-4:15 min/km). It was quite hot today! Not used to running in the heat :). Finished run at the beach and walked back along the beach - just lovely. ITB bit tight at end, need roller once back home.
