Not feeling great (lost appetite!) but thought I'd head out for run and see how I felt. Didn't feel too bad running so did my ints on oval as planned - 4 x {1' (1'), 2' (1'), 30" (1')}. Bit of a struggle but managed it.
Run in morning before work. Did one of my usual fire trail loops in reverse direction (!) and did 4 x 4' (1' walk). Not super fast but tried to go hard. Feel like some stretching would be beneficial! Am a bit tired and weary.
