shoes: Asics Gel 2000

Long hilly run with Greg. Ran to rani rd end, up single track up black mtn, then around little black mtn and aranda. Ran at a pretty steady pace and really enjoyed it!

Ran over to Laura's, ran a lap around Aranda bushland together and then I ran home. Pretty steady pace and felt a bit better after a day off yesterday. Really nice run.

Riding plans fell through today but I was feeling pretty tired so decided to go to body balance instead. Very nice and relaxing.

The dreaded blackies at lunch with Lucy! Tough as ever. CSIRO to gate (5:36), gate to saddle (4:42) then saddle to summit (6:11). Ok times, not pbs but I felt like I'd gone ok. It was so tough! Then run back down to work. I love these saucony shoes! so comfy and light and grippy. Hip flexor seems ok today!

Swimming 24:00 [3]

Swam 1km, focussed on different skills each 200m or so (kicking, reaching out). Enjoyed swim.

Exercises/Stretches/Gym 30:00 [3]

Gym at lunch. Overdid it a bit on a new exercise and hurt my hip flexor a bit - i'm sure it will be ok with a bit of stretching and anti-inflams!

Rode to work (had a flat tyre when i went to ride home so caught bus)

Body balance. Very nice and relaxing, stretches were good although hip flexor a bit sore!

Ints with al around aranda bushland. Did mixed up monas - (1 x 90", 2 x 60", 2 x 30", 2 x 15") x 2, all with equal rest (tried to do the rest at a 'float' pace). Was tough but fun and running felt ok even though I've still got this cough which is quite annoying.
