Running53:00 [4] 8.5 km (6:14 / km) shoes: Saucony
Tempo run - 20 mins at a tempo pace after a warm up. Didn't do the "usual" tempo loop and did a bit of a hilly lap around Aranda/Black mtn. Tough but really enjoyed it.
Body pump class at crazy early hour. Fun though! Eased off on the squats - not sure if they are ok for my knee or not (I think cathy said squats aren't great, but I should probably check with her about what i should and shouldn't be doing).
