Australian middle champs at petticoat gully near creswick. Really fun! Felt better than yesterday and had a pretty good run so was pleased with a w40 win!

Vic middle distance champs at creswick diggings. Really fun! Felt a bit sore from being in car all day yesterday so knee and back pretty stiff but had fun on course. Such a nice day too. Had a pretty good run, just a few messy controls but nothing major.

Run with Kate at lunch. Tough session! 10 x 2' (1' jog) then 2', 4 x 20" (40" walk). Ran around black mtn peninsula on bike path. Was a bit windy and hard work but fun and so glad to have done it! A few ints were under 4 min/km... No wonder I was so tired afterwards!
