Long run with al, Shannon and Kathie. Lovely afternoon and I felt better than I have done on a long run for a while. Ran up the steep single track to top of black mountain, down and around botanic gardens and home via Bruce ridge. Really nice and fun and I was stuffed by the end! Taped foot and it felt ok.

Park run on the slightly revised course. Really like the new course! Lovely morning, tough race. I pushed really hard and tired a bit at end but was pretty happy.

Met Shannon and al and did ints around aranda/black mtn. 3 x 7' (2' jog). Felt good and really enjoyed it.

Intervals on the ovals with al, Shannon and Kathie. 15 x 1' (1' jog). Tough but quite fun and legs felt OK finally! Foot was pretty sore warming up but was ok after that.
