Easy (very slow!) long (ish - I had time constraints today!) run up black mtn, around Mexican hat trail and bit of run round fire trails and Aranda hill. Legs felt pretty tired but really enjoyed my run.

Park run - so close to cracking 22 mins! Raced at a good pace and focused to keep pace in last km. Nice morning for it and felt ok despite feeling bit tired on run down.

Really nice mountain bike ride from home to stromlo, did a lap round stromlo then back home. Took lots of new route choice decisions and it was really fun, and found a new way from arboretum through to stromlo. Did the heartbreaker up stromlo and had to get off so many times to go over rocks, so I have to practice that!

Ints on the ovals with Shannon and Kathie - 8 x 400m (40" walk) then 4 x100m (40" walk). The last couple were hard! For the 400s I did 1:34, 1:30, 1:30, 1:28, 1:33, 1:35, 1:34, 1:32. Nice morning and legs felt good.
