Cycling 2:30:00 [3]

Mountain bike ride with al at stromlo. Rode through arboretum, fun loop in stromlo then home. Really fun.

shoes: New Balance

Jogged to orienteering at radford via Bruce ridge. Legs felt so weary at first but better by end. Ball of foot was quite sore today.

Gininderra park run. Felt ok and tried really hard (still couldn't crack the elusive 22 mins!). Love my new shoes.

Ran to work and did hill session up black mountain on way. Starting at bottom of concrete path, ran up for 1 min down 30", x 10. So hard!! Felt good and loved it (Afterwards!).

Note

Went to see Cathy today as knee has been more niggly than normal and feeling weird, and ball of foot bit sore at end of runs. Turns out knee is result of weak glutes and tight itb (sounding familiar!) and foot result of flattening of fat pad. Just when pf seemed to be improving slightly.... Back to more exercises!

Intervals with Shannon, 8 x 2' (1' jog) and 4 x 30" (30" walk) around usual black mtn loop. Fun!
