Ran to work and did hill session up black mountain on way. Starting at bottom of concrete path, ran up for 1 min down 30", x 10. So hard!! Felt good and loved it (Afterwards!).

Went to see Cathy today as knee has been more niggly than normal and feeling weird, and ball of foot bit sore at end of runs. Turns out knee is result of weak glutes and tight itb (sounding familiar!) and foot result of flattening of fat pad. Just when pf seemed to be improving slightly.... Back to more exercises!
