Run in boderee national park with jo. Really nice but very muggy, parked at steamers beach car park and did loop with a couple of side trips. Foot felt ok, heel was pretty good and ball of foot was only slightly sore by end, but much better than previously (wore soft insoles on Cathy's advice). Undulating and nice run, fun.

Mountain bike ride on road/fire trails from vincentia to booderee national park with jo. Really nice in the national park, enjoyed it!

Tough but fun interval session with Shannon and Kathie around Aranda/black mtn trails. 15' (2' jog), 3x 2' (1' jog), 4 x 30" (30" walk). Bit leg weary but tried to stay strong and push hard. Was pretty tired by the end!

Intervals on the ovals with Kathie. Really hard! 10 x 90" (30" jog) then 2' jog 4 x 30" (30" walk). Was really tough, last one was a struggle. Really enjoyed it though.

Mountain bike ride with al at stromlo. Rode through arboretum, fun loop in stromlo then home. Really fun.

Jogged to orienteering at radford via Bruce ridge. Legs felt so weary at first but better by end. Ball of foot was quite sore today.
