Mountain bike ride with Cathy on bike paths and fire trails to forde, goorooyaroo and home past Mitchell. Could feel foot and it hurts out of the saddle, so avoided steep pinches and stuck to even surfaces. Was a lovely day and nice to get out, and rode at a pretty good pace. I was tired by the end!
Pool running - did 2 x {5x90" (30")} with 5 min warm up and warm down (using a pool running training program physio gave me). Didn't actually get all the rests as missed beep on watch a few times.
Physio this arvo and it turns out sore foot is because of a stress 'reaction' , i.e. Not quite a stress fracture but almost. Am in a boot and no running for 10 days, then see....
