Pool running. 2 x {6 x 90" (30")} with 2' in between sets. Tried to concentrate on going hard. Almost enjoyed it although would a million times rather have been running in the lovely sunshine.
Mountain bike ride with Cathy on bike paths and fire trails to forde, goorooyaroo and home past Mitchell. Could feel foot and it hurts out of the saddle, so avoided steep pinches and stuck to even surfaces. Was a lovely day and nice to get out, and rode at a pretty good pace. I was tired by the end!
