Long run, woo hoo! Ran with Kathie and Shannon around black mtn, and foot felt really good! I was pretty tired but otherwise all good. Yay! Wore my new shoes to wear them in a bit for race, they were great.

Easy run around gossan hill with Kathie. Fun to be out running again but felt pretty slow! Foot was ok, bit sore but didn't exceed 2/10 on Cathy's pain score and in fact didn't feel too bad. Am now allowed to try a longer run on Sunday!

Pool running. 2 x {6 x 90" (30")} with 2' in between sets. Tried to concentrate on going hard. Almost enjoyed it although would a million times rather have been running in the lovely sunshine.
