Easy run in montmorency along lower plenty river on bike path. Hamstring not too bad but didn't feel great this morning, am a bit weary.

Slow easy run in pouring rain around Bruce ridge. Hamstring wasn't too bad, got sorer as run went on but even at end not as bad as last week. Enjoyed it despite rain and cold!

Walked down to pool in the morning and swam 1km. Such a nice morning and great start to the day.

Gym at lunch. Bit boring as had to leave out quite a few of usual exercises - time to make myself a new program.

Ran with Shannon, Al and Kathie on the usual loop. No ints for a couple of weeks but hamstring wasn't too bad today, much less sore than last week.
