Run with Kathie around Lake G from home. Fun and felt ok, hamstring pretty good.

Ran with Jo around Stromlo. Bit hillier than I'd been doing but hamstring was ok, could definitely feel it more going uphill but it wasn't too bad. Really fun.

Swam 1km. Really couldn't be bothered but I dragged myself to the pool and actually it was quite nice swimming.

Run with Kate at lunch along the bike path towards Yarramundi Reach. Kate did intervals but I just ran at a steady pace. Hamstring felt better than it has for ages and I was just itching to join in the intervals!

Run in morning with Kathie and Shannon around our usual loop. Hamstring definitely on the improve and just a low level of pain. Nice morning and enjoyed run
