Longish run around Black mtn. Was such a beautiful day and although felt a bit weary, it was a lovely fun. Hammy ok (could feel it a bit but not too bad) and managed to get up hills ok. Was bit tired by the end though.
Running intervals 55:00 [4] 9.5 km (5:47 / km) shoes: Saucony peregrine 2
Ints on the ovals with Kathie. Did 6', 5', 4', 3', 2', 1', all with 1' rest, then after a couple of mins, 2 x 20" (1'). Hamstring held up pretty well except for the short sprints it was a bit sore. Was pretty slow but really enjoyed it.
Running intervals 48:00 [4] 7.8 km (6:09 / km) shoes: Saucony peregrine 2
Interval session - 2 x gossan hill loop. First one I was a bit cautious, (8:26) but hamstring felt pretty good, so tried a pb effort on 2nd loop (2' rest in between) and did 7:55. Pretty happy with that seeing as it's been a little while since running hard, and I loved it!
