Really nice ride with al on the thredbo river trail down to lake crackenback and back. Fun!

Another 20 min jog in the ovals. Hamstring tendon bit sorer today, 3/10. At least I felt a bit better running.

Ran 20 minutes on the ovals! Felt pretty bad but was great to be out running. Pain in hamstring tendon about 2/10, so ok. Love new shoes.
