Easy run around Aranda on my usual short loop. Really nice and hamstring was pretty good, 2/10 pain score.

Easy 30 min jog along the thredbo pipeline track and back. Legs really tired from yesterday's ride but otherwise ok, 2/10 for hamstring pain.

Swam 1km at the thredbo pool. Felt really tired!

Cycling 4:55:00 [3]

Rode from thredbo to dead horse gap then on cascades trail to tin mines hut and return. It was pretty hard going, with lots of hills and rough track. I got swooped by a magpie, saw 2 snakes (nearly rode over one of them) and 4 brumbies. The climb back after cascades hut was a killer and I was so glad to get to the top. Completely stuffed by the time I got back! It was a beautiful day and a lovely ride but I didn't enjoy parts of it (mainly when I encountered wildlife) and the stretch just after cascades hut was quite rough and hard going. Hamstring tendon bit sore from so long in the saddle. I think ride was about 60km. Glad I did it!
