shoes: Asics gel 2000 orange

Run with Emily in hot afternoon! Felt bit crappy as it was quite hot, and hamstring didn't feel great. 2/10 pain, quite sore in tendon to start but then eased up, but glute and hamstring felt bit funny. Not sure if it's because I had to do physio exercises first (meant to do them after but that's just how the day worked out).

Mountain bike with Cathy around Bruce ridge, over to majura for 1 hill climb and then back home. Really nice morning although I was pretty hopeless on the technical bits today. Lovely ride though.
