Last lovely run in noosa. Ran to hells gates then back on tanglewood track. Did 3x7' (90"). Tough on some sandy undulating tracks but so fun, loved it.

Long run on coastal track to sunshine beach and through noosa national park. Legs were pretty tired and it felt very hilly! I really enjoyed it though.

Mountain bike ride from noosa towards cooroy, along noosa trail 4 to Pomona then back. Fun except for getting a flat! Stopped a few times to pump up tyre to get me to cooroy where I was able to fix it with a little help from the racq, then rode back. Estimated that I rode about 60km and even though I was out for 5 hours I probably was riding for about 4. Some nice scenic bits of forest and nice views. Legs were a bit sore from yesterday.

Hill ints on noosa hill. Did 10 x1' (jog back down). Ran hard and really enjoyed it (even though I was dreading it all warm up!).

Intervals at Gold Coast on the bike path on the spit. Did 10x1' (1') and tried to do them as hard as I could. Pace was good 4:04-4:22 min/km, most 4:11-4:16. Really fun and hard! I love running around here.
