Met Kate at lunch and did ints on the bike path in Lyneham because there was a carnival on the oval. Did 1x4' (1'), 2x 2' (1'), 3x1'(1'), 4x30" (30"), 5x15" (15"). Ran really hard and it was tough but fun!
