Orienteering at aranda snow gums. Really fun! Was in a match race with Cathy and we had a battle on the last loop which was fun.

Really nice long run on a sunny day. Met Shannon for first 35mins then did another loop around black mountain and Bruce ridge. Felt pretty good today. Ended run with some split lunge jumps.

Ints on the ovals before work with Shannon, Kathie and al. 10x1' (1'). Felt good today. Did 4 x 1' high knee skips at end.

Ints around little black mountain before work. Did 5x {3' (1'), 1' 1')}. Uphills felt hard! Did 4 x10 split lunge jumps at end.
