Canberra times fun run 14km. Tough race! Was pretty cold and start was delayed 30mins so I wasn't all that warmed up by the time we started. Felt good though and ran ok, glute wasn't great at about 11km and last 2km were so hard!! Happy with time and pace given current fitness levels; it just seemed a little bit too far! Fun though.

Another lovely morning run in Darwin along the coastline. Ran out on a mangrove boardwalk which had lots of signs about crocs but fortunately the tide was out so the boardwalk wasn't at water level. It was pretty but I was glad to get back on the bike path where I did a taper session 4x1'(1'), 4x 30" (30"). Am happy with how glute/hamstring are holding up.

Gossan hill loop - 1 lap steady (8:14) and 1 lap at pb pace (7:54 - not a pb!) then 4x 1' (1'). Felt quite good and it was a lovely morning.
