ACT champs at Glendale. Really fun course and it enjoyed way more than I was expecting! Only lost little bit of time on one control so was really happy with run. Beautiful day and really fun.

Run with Shannon and Kathie around the pinnacles. It was quite hilly! Freezing but nice run.

I had the day off work so I went to body pump class which was great! So hard though, will have sore muscles tomorrow for sure.

Swam 1.5km after gym class. Arms were a bit tired!

I loved my run today! Ran over to Bruce ridge in the morning and did 10 x 1' hills at same place as last time. Apart from 1 rep where I clearly wasn't concentrating, times were good and I think a couple were a bit faster than last time. 1:06, 1:04, 1:03, 1:05, 1:08, 1:02, 1:01, 1:02, 1:05, 1:02.

Body balance class for first time in ages!! (Over a year). Hamstring/ glute was good and held up ok to downward dog and stretches so very happy about that.
