shoes: Asics gel 2000 blue

Great run from montmorency along lower plenty trail, main yarra trail to westerfolds and home past eltham. Ran at a good pace (5:31 average which I was happy with!) and felt good. Few niggles in the ol' foot but hoping they'll pass with some tlc.

Swam 1.5km at greensborough pool. Felt like I was swimming well and I think I might've broken 35 mins but I didn't see clock properly when I started. Had a bit of a sore throat but felt fine.

Foot has been little bit sore so decided to pool run today instead of run. Had second thoughts when got up and it was such a nice morning but I was sensible!

6.4km tempo around lake g. Great session but really hard! Did 4:36 min/km for the tempo split which I was really happy with. So tired afterwards.
