Bush marathon festival 16km. Really fun! Course is around mt ainslie, over Hackett hill then back down around bottom of ainslie to Campbell high. Had a good race - felt good, steady pace and took lead in women at about 6km. Stayed in front up the hills but Tara caught me with about 3km to go and I couldn't keep with her. Another woman passed me in sprint finish so I ended up 3rd. I was really happy with my run and felt fit although last couple of km were really hard! Very happy.

Ints on the ovals with Al. It was tough! 4 x 1600m (800m). Ran at a good pace; 7:00 (4:23/km), 6:55 (4:19), 6:54 (4:19), 6:52 (4:18). Lovely morning and was fun. Did 4 x1' high knee skips at end.
