Long run with al around black mtn and Bruce ridge. Felt pretty tired today.

Great run this afternoon around lake g. Felt good and really enjoyed it, ran quite good pace for me (5:18/km).

Intervals at AIS track in afternoon. Ran from gymnastics and didn't have quite enough time for full recovery in between so did 4 x1600m with 800m rest after first then 400m recovery between the others. Was a bit disappointed with pace, thought I'd be quicker on the track but on my own I guess. Pace for each was 7:12 (4:24/km), 7:12, 7:15 (4:27/km), 7:19 (4:30). Maybe a bit tired from weekend too I guess.
