Long run with Shannon, Al and Laura at start. Fun, felt bit leg weary but not too bad, although feeling pretty snotty again. We ran through arboretum to green hills, it was really nice.

Today was the day! 5km race that I've been training for. Al, Shannon, kathie and I went out to gunghalin park tun. Felt ok, not best lead up with cold but feeling fine today. Kathie and Pete d paced me and were awesome! Kathie was fantastic at encouraging me along, it was great. Race was tough but fun, bit of a mental battle at end, and I didn't break any pbs but was very happy to crack 22'! Was great.
