Met up with Laura and Al from cook for the 2nd half of their run. Did a lap round pinnacles and finished with mt painter. Ran at a pretty good pace, and felt good.

Did Lake G park run. Felt good and focussed on racing hard, hoping to break 22'.... 22:03! So close. Really happy, fastest time on that course since march last year.

Ran to work through Bruce Ridge. Tried to go at a steady pace but wasn't particularly fast. Really nice morning though.

Ints on the ovals with al - 8 x400m (200m). Slower than last time 1:27, 1:39, 1:32, 1:41, 1:34, 1:35, 1:33, 1:35. Not as motivated I guess without 5km goal. Beautiful morning and enjoyed run.
