shoes: Asics gel 2000 blue

Long run with Al and Kathie around Black mtn, bruce ridge, o'conner ridge, gossan hill and aranda. I felt like it was a bit of a struggle but happy I made the distance and averaged 5:34/km. Tired by end!

Super slow swim! I don't know why I was so slow today, but anyhoo. My legs were pretty tired from yesterday so it was nice to be in the pool.

Mountain bike ride with Susie and her friends around bruce ridge, black mountain and the arboretum. I was pretty tired by the end but it was so great to be out riding on a Friday!

Really tough interval session on the ovals with Al. 3 x 400m (200m), 2 x 600m (200m), 2x 400m (200m). Ran hard trying to keep up with Al! times were 1:29. 1:42, 1:34, 2:35, 2:35, 1:39, 1:45.
