Running race 2:06:23 [4] 21.2 km (5:58 / km)

Tour de Ridges. Wasn't feeling very focussed on racing. Probably also not quite fit enough to race the distance, so was pretty happy with being able to finish it even if time wasn't great. Struggled in middle half but managed to push a bit harder for last 5 or 6km which was good. It was quite muggy but not too hot, and I was happy that apart from glute I didn't have any pains. My shoes had had it though, that was their last outing.

Intervals on the usual loop at Aranda/Black mtn. Did 2x400m (200m), 1x800m (400m), 1x 1200m (400m), 1x800m (400m), 2x 400m (200m). Felt ok, nice run.
