Run around Bruce ridge and black mountain. Tried to go at a good pace but bit weary from Friday's long run, and by end I was feeling very tired. Also feeling a bit sniffly like have small cold.

Awesome run with Al, Kathie and Shannon up the top at thredbo. Started from top of chairlift and followed snow poles in the wind, rain and cloud to the snowy river, up to rawsons pass, then did the main range loop back to snow poles, then back to chairlift. It cleared up on Kosciuszko and it was great, not sunny but had really good views. It was long and hard but I felt ok and was really happy to be able to make that distance! Really fun.

Al and I caught chairlift up with bikes and rode the flow trail - can’t say I enjoyed it!! It was pretty tricky and I got off lots and had sore arms from holding breaks whole way, but I was glad to have done it! Very challenging

Cycling 55:00 [3]

2nd ride was much more fun - this time we rode the all mountain trail down and did Friday flat loop at bottom. It was tricky and I still got off a bit but it was much more fun and less steep than the flowtrail.

Have a sore throat. Lots of gargling today to get better for tomorrow

Really fun ride along the thredbo valley track to lake crackenback and back. So fun, I loved it and rode hard even though bit tired from walking up to the top of my Kosciuszko this morning!

Ran down the Thredbo Valley Trail with Kathie, Al and Shannon. It was part of runners week - event where you ran for 60 mins so we did 30 mins out then turned back. It was a bit more up hill on return and I was really tired - struggled the last 10 mins. Legs still so weary from Crackenback!
