Gym session. Enjoyed it and good to be in the air conditioning!

Too hot to run today so went pool running instead. Did 7x 2’30” (30”).

Long run early before too hot. Did arboretum loop with Kathie and al, then another loop around black mountain. Was much slower on my own! Hills felt hard today. Lovely morning.

1km swim at Dickson. Felt pretty tired after long run but better afterwards and it was nice on such a hot day.

Note

Saw Cathy today about sore glute and a few exercises for small glute muscles. Also hip flexors very tight causing sore back.

Run around Black mountain. Included a 5km "tempo" around little black mountain (5:14/km pace which I was happy with given hills). Feeling much better today.

Run with Al, Shannon and Kathie. Slept in and missed start but found them along the way. Still feeling a little bit snotty but not too bad.

Swam 1km in Dickson while girls in lesson. Bit cold today but water was nice.

Gym session. Been a while so it was a bit hard but I enjoyed it.

Did Street-O at Aranda, course set by Shannon. Have a bit of a cold so just jogged but it was really fun.
