Long run at end of day around Bruce ridge and black mountain. Pretty slow, but nice to be out. Bunion (now I’m spelling it right) ok, not great but not too bad.

Ran parkrun with Zoe and Abby. Lovely morning, tried wearing orange shoes to see if it was better for Bunyan. It was, but those shoes are clapped out!

Did Andy’s famous five hills. Tried hard on hills and felt ok. Shoes ok for Bunyan but also too worn out. I think I need new shoes!

Ran to work along bike path around lake. Lovely run to treasury building but felt rubbish, was supposed to do ints but couldn’t barely manage to get out of a shuffle. Bunyan is hurting a bit at the moment too, not sure if it’s these shoes or not.

Rode to work, then to stromlo For corc skills session so I’m guessing that added up to about 90 mins riding. Skills was really fun, we learnt some cornering skills which was really good.
