Awesome run with Kathie and Al from corin dam up stockyard spur to top of mt Gingera return. Tough going up but really fun and so beautiful on such a nice day. Really enjoyed it and was happy that didn’t have any niggles - glute was fine, and old saucony shoes felt pretty good. Pretty weary afterwards!

Early morning run with al along bike path to rani rd and back on fire trails. Really nice run.

Met Susie at Bruce ridge and practiced skills. Really fun until I got a flat tyre and had to go home.

Ran to work on the bike path and did ints. It was great! Did 3 x {3’, 2’, 1’, 30” (1’ after each)}. Hard work and I was very tired by end!
