Long run with al around the arboretum loop. Lovely morning and nice run, legs bit weary but not too bad. Feeling fitter than a few months ago.

Really fun mountain bike ride around Bruce ridge. Loved it and rode a few obstacles I hadn’t done before!

Run around lake g with a 6.4km tempo (29:14, 4:34min/km). Was a bit quicker than when I did same session towards end of last year. Slowed slightly in 2nd half but really happy with my run and quite enjoyed it! Such a nice day.

Run home from work via black mountain and did the dreaded black mtn session. First split (csiro to gate) was a bit slow but next 2 were pretty good. It was really hard but felt quite good. 5:58, 4:42, 6:11.
