Went for a mountain bike ride from wandi towards bright on some fun single tracks. Legs were a bit weary but it was fun!

Razorback run 22km race. Started near mt Hotham and went along razorback ridge and up mt Feathertop return. It was really fun! Track was narrow and quite technical and gently undulating until the very steep climb up Feathertop. Was pretty tired on last couple of km and had quite a few stumbles but managed to stay upright. Very scenic and fun and I felt quite good, and no niggly pains.

Ran to work through black mountain and ANU. Tried new shoes - right foot was perfect but bunion not good at start, lucky seems ok. Legs a bit weary and have to face fact that groin soreness not improving.... annoying! Had been thinking I had tight hip flexors but it’s feeling like I’ve pulled a groin muscle (??).

Last mountain bike skills session so rode home -> work -> stromlo. Total approx 2 hours. I rode down drop off near 4 cross at end of Duffy descent!!!!! Yay.
