Ran with Al and Kathie for first hour then bumped into Laura and ran with her for 5km ish. Lovely morning and ran around the pinnacles and back of Aranda. Felt quite good, just bit leg weary.

Run in Melbourne along yarra and around the tan. Did tempo pace around the tan loop (3.89km, 4:53/km, ran clockwise). Nice morning and legs felt fine.
