Last long run in daylesford. Ran around jubilee lake, down to lake daylesford, along goldfields track to Tipperary springs, Bryce’s flat and the blowhole, then back along road from Hepburn springs. Felt ok, niggles we’re actually pretty good.

Really nice run around lake daylesford. Did 2 Laps at tempo pace (5.18km, 25:58, 5:01/km). Was a beautiful morning and felt pretty good. Was ‘aware’ of groin but it wasn’t too bad.

Intervals on the ovals. It was great! Such a perfect beautiful autumn morning. Groin was a bit annoying but not too bad once I warmed up. Did Telford fartlek- 1x4’, 2x3’, 3x2’, 4x1’ all with 1’ rest.

Yoga at lunch. Loved it - was feeling pretty stiff and sore but much better after.

Run with Al and Kathie on our usual loop. Groin was really stiff to start with but wasn’t too bad after warm up.
