Long run with al in afternoon. Felt pretty terrible, very tired and sore, especially toe/bunion. Was planning 20k but cut it short. It was hot too and I wasn’t loving it!

Park run. Hard but fun! Leg was ok once I’d warmed up and had a bit of a battle with another girl which was fun. Pushed till end and was happy with my time.

Ran to work on bike path and did ints. Left leg didn’t feel great, groin is stiff and whole leg just feels ‘inhibited’. Wasn’t too bad once I warmed up but ints felt hard. Ran hard though and was tired by the end. Did 3 x{3’, 2’, 1’, 30”} all with 1’ recovery. New shoes felt good!
